Please see your collective Tiers to know which benefit belongs to each Tier.
Discounts
How do the tier discounts work?
When you join the Collective, you automatically unlock discounted pricing compared to normal retail rates.
Your discount level depends on the total collective annual spend:

Tier 1 – Up to $250,000 spend - 20% Discount

Tier 2 – Over $250,000 spend - 22.5% Discount

Tier 3 – Over $500,000 spend - 25% Discount
-
Tier 4 - Over $750,000 spend - 27.50% Discount
-
Tier 5 - Over $1.25m spend - 32.50% Discount
The more you order across the year, the higher your tier, and the better your pricing and benefit become.
Free Set Ups

Teir 1 - Will receive free set ups on their first order placed after registration

Tier 3 - Receives free set ups on all orders.
Priority Support
Have your accounts person on call in case of emergencies, including after hours
We aim to respond within 1 hour or less during business hours and 3hours or less after hours.
Please note: we would not be on call between 9.30pm and 6am unless notified in advance.
Stackable Referral Discount Bonus
When you refer other customers make sure they name you on their registration form!! Because you will receive a further discount on your next order!
If you have been referred, make sure you write their name in your registration form so you can receive an extra discount on your first order!!!

Stackable = 2.5% discount per order. If you refer 5 people then you get a further 2.5% discount off your next 5 orders.

Discounts cannot be added together for 1 order.
Shared Sponsorship Opportunities
When we are sponsoring community organisations, we will send out the details for those who may wish to contribute and print your logo in addition to ours for free.
Sponsorship Price Tier Bump
If you are sponsoring a community event outside of your normal business activities, we will bump your pricing to the next tier when ordering the sponsored products through us to show our support.
We may request that you show proof of sponsorship.
Become a White Label Supplier
Do you have a product that our customers can have their logo on?
We want to share the collective opportunities by including your products to brand for our customers. Examples of items we have been asked for in the past:

Free Storage for Staggard Fulfilment
Pre-pay for bulk items that we print in-house and we will hold them for you for up to 6months, printed or unprinted and send them to you as needed.
Better Yet!! We could send them direct to your customer.
You will still need to cover shipping.
VIP Invites to Events
If we are holding an event that you should be a part of, YOU will get an invite!!

After placing your first order under the collective you will receive a free Welcome Swag Pack.
Dedicated Account Manager
You will receive your very own dedicated accounts manager, with a special back up manager in case of illness or absence.
Insider Clearance information
We get to see products that are on clearance or discounted. We will share a spreadsheet with members each month, so you have the opportunity to pick up an awesome deal!!!
These normally have limited sizes or colours available, but sometimes you can pick up $2 Tees or $10 Puffer Jackets!! Who knows what our suppliers may have?! "YOU WILL!"

If you are a company that holds events or Kaupapa we will ask you during your on boarding if you would like a dedicated meeting to forecast upcoming orders.
Your accounts manager will then load them into the Calander and send you automated reminders for:

Forgot to place your order in time??? You can receive a same day order so long as you use the products and colours we have in stock/on hand without incurring a "Rush Fee"
This can only be for screen printing and embroidery designs that we already have set up for you.
